Ways to work with me
Coaching
1:1 coaching for people moving through transition, emotional exhaustion, grief, identity shifts, burnout, or the pressure of constantly holding things together.
My coaching integrates somatic awareness, Enneagram-informed insight, nervous system support, and practical reflection that helps people reconnect with themselves without needing to become someone else first.
This work is often a fit for:
- Helpers, caregivers, and leaders
- People navigating major life or identity shifts
- Those recovering from burnout or chronic emotional strain
- Individuals processing faith transitions or deconstruction
- Anyone wanting a more honest and sustainable relationship with themselves
Speaking & Workshops
Keynotes, facilitated conversations, workshops, and podcast-style discussions for organizations, teams, conferences, and communities.
Topics often include:
- Grief and emotional complexity in the workplace
- Leadership under sustained stress
- Burnout and nervous system overwhelm
- Emotional labor and caregiving roles
- Faith transitions and identity reconstruction
- Building healthier human systems inside organizations and communities
I also spent more than 20 years in worship leadership within Christian spaces, giving me a grounded understanding of spiritual formation and deconstruction from lived experience, not observation from the outside.
Every engagement is tailored to the audience and context.
Organizational Support
Support for workplaces, HR teams, leadership groups, and caregiving systems navigating difficult seasons or complex human realities.
This may include:
- Leadership support during organizational stress or transition
- Grief-informed conversations and workplace support
- Team workshops and facilitated discussions
- Emotional wellness and sustainable leadership practices
- Guidance around communication and care during difficult moments
The goal is not perfection. It’s helping people and systems function with more honesty, clarity, and humanity.
Podcast & Community
The podcast and my online spaces are an extension of the same work: honest conversation, connection, and language for experiences many people are trying to carry quietly.
Through podcast episodes, writing, and ongoing conversations on Instagram, I explore grief, identity, emotional health, leadership, spirituality, burnout, and the realities of being human in changing seasons of life.
These spaces are not built around performance or polished answers. They are meant to feel open, thoughtful, and connected. A place where people can reflect, feel less alone, and engage with ideas and experiences that often do not have easy language around them.
Whether you are listening to an episode, reading a post, or joining a conversation in the comments, the goal is the same: creating more honest ways for people to stay connected to themselves and each other.
